The owner’s and staff of the Colosseum Bistro know one thing for certain when it comes to planning group functions and events. We know that you, the planner, will be the one who will get the blame if your function doesn’t go well. Who’s really responsible? We are. It’s our responsibility to make sure we understand your needs and expectations prior to the event and deliver quality food and service. Whether it’s providing full menu functions such as rehearsal or graduation dinners, appetizer buffets, meeting breaks, or simply providing a bar and staff, the Colosseum Bistro staff will do their best to service your event on or off site.
